Review Raffle — Official Rules

This promotion (“Raffle”) is organized by HorizonApps, Josef-Gschanes-Straße 1, 8073 Feldkirchen bei Graz, Austria (“Sponsor”, “we”, “us”), the developer of the GTA 6 Cheats app. Full legal/business details, including the responsible natural person, are available on our Impressum.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

The Raffle is open to individuals who are at least 18 years oldat the time of entry and who have installed the GTA 6 Cheats app, wherever the app is available, except where participation would be prohibited or restricted by applicable local law — if you’re located in such a place, you’re not eligible to enter. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. By entering, you represent that you meet these requirements. Void where prohibited.

Each run of the Raffle is identified in-app by a campaign id and stays open until the Sponsor closes or replaces it from the app’s remote configuration — there is no fixed end date announced in advance. The current status, including whether a Raffle is running at all, is shown in the raffle dialog inside the app.

While a Raffle is running, the app shows a raffle dialog inviting you to leave a rating or review on the app’s store listing (Google Play or the App Store). Tapping the dialog’s review button and being redirected to the store listing registers one (1) entry for that device; the app does not verify that a review was actually submitted or what it said. Each device may register at most one entry per Raffle campaign — the app itself enforces this by not showing the dialog again once you’ve entered. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be fraudulent, duplicated across devices or accounts, or generated in a way that circumvents this limit.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) digital copy of the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VIgame, redeemable on the winner’s console platform of choice, subject to the title’s actual release, regional availability, and applicable platform storefront terms. Approximate retail value is the standard digital retail price of the game on that platform at the time the prize is awarded. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and no cash or other substitute will be offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control (for example, if the game is delayed, cancelled, or not released on the winner’s platform). The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting or redeeming the prize.

Grand Theft Auto VI is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries. This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo.

After a Raffle campaign closes, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that campaign. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The app has no accounts, so we’ll attempt to contact the winner using whatever contact method they make available to us (for example, a reply to their store review, or contact details they send us in response to the raffle dialog’s share/contact prompts) within a reasonable time after the draw. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 14 days of first contact, or does not meet the eligibility requirements above, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or extend the Raffle, or disqualify any entrant, at any time and for any reason, including if the Raffle cannot be conducted as planned for reasons including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, or any app store operator; questions or complaints about the Raffle must be directed to the Sponsor, not the app store.

Any personal data collected to run the Raffle (for example, contact details used to notify a winner) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to administer this promotion and deliver the prize.

This Raffle and these Official Rules are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you’re a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply. Where legally permitted, the competent courts for Graz, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Raffle.
