Privacy Policy

The controller responsible for processing under Art. 4(7) GDPR is TODO: legal name and address — same as the Impressum, contactable at TODO: privacy contact email. Full details are on the Impressum page.

The app has no accounts and no sign-in, so we hold no name, email address, or profile for you. Your favourites and settings are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.

The app is ad-supported. The ad SDK (TODO: ad network name) processes your advertising ID, coarse IP-derived location, and device and event data to serve and measure ads. It acts as an independent controller or joint controller for that processing under its own policy: TODO: ad network privacy policy URL.

Crash and performance diagnostics are processed via TODO: analytics/crash provider, e.g. Firebase Crashlytics — or state “none” so we can fix faults.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for personalised advertising and any non-essential storage on your device, collected in the EU/EEA and UK through a consent prompt on first launch. You can withdraw it at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy, with effect for the future.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for non-personalised advertising, crash diagnostics, and protecting the service against abuse — our interest being to keep a free app funded and functioning.

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and collects aggregated page views without fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. No advertising or profiling cookies are set here.

Our host processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver the site securely. TODO: Confirm your hosting log retention period.

Some providers named above process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. TODO: Confirm which mechanism applies to each provider you actually use.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawfulness.

To exercise any of these, contact TODO: privacy contact email. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde.

The app is rated PEGI 7 and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when the app’s data practices change. The date at the top reflects the current version; material changes will be announced in the app.
